Description and Applications
HW12 PS-6 is a gas metal arc welding wire by CO2 shielding. Arc is stable, spatters are few, and the weld ability is excellent even with a low current under 200A. Welding often involved thin plates in all positions, especially in vertical downward positions. It also shows better weld ability in high speeds with currents less than 300A than with wires of any other type.

Guideline in Usage

1. In vertical downward welding, wire should be held at an angle slightly more than a horizontal.
2. Optimum arc voltage should be selected in accordance with welding current to maintain stable dip transfer mode. If voltage is too high or too low, dip transfer frequency will decrease.
