Description and Applications
HJ900 is an excellent hard facing electrode for repairing cutter knives, dies, and crusher jaws which have high alloy elements such as Mo, W, and V that could improve the hardness and the toughness. The alloy element could form carbide after welding so it can support good abrasion wear-resistant and impact toughness.

Guideline in Usage

1.

Electrode should be re-dried at 250300℃ for 60 minutes before use.

2. Slow cooling is recommended after welding to avoid cracking
3.

Remove dirt such as oil and dust before welding.
