Description and Applications |
HJ900 is an
excellent hard facing electrode for repairing cutter
knives, dies, and crusher jaws which have high alloy
elements such as Mo, W, and V that could improve the
hardness and the toughness. The alloy element could form
carbide after welding so it can support good abrasion
wear-resistant and impact toughness. |

Guideline in Usage
|
1. |
Electrode should be re-dried
at 250∼300℃
for 60 minutes before use. |
2. |
Slow cooling is
recommended after welding to avoid cracking |
3. |
Remove dirt such as oil and
dust before welding. |
