JIS DFCrA

Description and Applications
HJ800 is an excellent hard facing electrode for repairing cutter knives, dies, crusher jaws, etc. It has extremely high hardness and good abrasion wear resistance caused by precipitation of Carbide (Chromium Carbide and Molybdenum Carbide, etc.).

Guideline in Usage

1.

Electrode should be re-dried at 250300℃ for 60 minutes before use.

2. Slow cooling is recommended after welding to avoid cracking
3.

Preheating at more than 200℃ and Post heating at 500600℃ are required.
