Description and Applications |

HJ300R is a titanium type
electrode. Deposited metal of about 300 Vickers hardness
in as-welded condition. Restriking and weld ability are
excellent, bead appearance is beautiful. Suitable for
multi-layer welding of gear wheels, bearing, rolling,
and wheels. |

Guideline in Usage
|
|
1. |
Preheating at 150℃ is
required. |
|
2. |
Electrode should be re-dried
at 70∼120℃
for 60 minutes before use. |
