Description and Applications |
HJ250B is a low
hydrogen type electrode for build-up or surfacing.
For hard facing structures applied in gouging abrasions
by heavy impacts such as crusher hammers and jaws. Its
weld metal has excellent toughness and high work
hardening property due to austenitic structure by rapid
cooling during welding. |

Guideline in Usage
|
1. |
Electrodes should be re-dried
at 300∼350℃
for 60 minutes before used. |
2. |
Preheating and Post heating
should never be done. |
