Description and Applications

Deposited metal contains approximately 3.50% Ni, providing high notch toughness at low temperature. Suitable for welding of low temperature service steels.  It has high deposition rate, beautiful bead appearance and excellent mechanical properties and cracking resistance.

 
Guideline in Usage
1.

Electrode should be re-dried at 350 400℃ for 60 minutes.

2. Base metal should be preheated at 100 ∼ 150℃ and stress relieved heat treatment at 600  ∼ 620℃ for one hour. 
3. Keep the arc as short as possible.
