Description and Applications

Deposited metal contains approximately 2.50% Ni, providing high notch toughness at low temperature. Suitable for welding low temperature service steels. Its deposition rate is high; bead appearance and X-ray performance are excellent.

 
Guideline in Usage
1.

Electrode should be re-dried at 350 400℃ for 60 minutes.

2. Base metal should be preheated at 100 ∼ 150℃ and stress relieved heat treatment at 600  ∼ 620℃ for one hour. 
3. Keep the arc as short as possible.
