Description and Applications |
Deposited metal contains
approximately 2.50% Ni, providing high notch
toughness at low temperature. Suitable for
welding low temperature service steels. Its
deposition rate is high; bead appearance and
X-ray performance are excellent. |

Guideline in Usage |
1. |
Electrode should be re-dried
at 350
∼
400℃ for 60 minutes. |
2. |
Base metal
should be preheated at 100 ∼ 150℃ and stress
relieved heat treatment at 600 ∼ 620℃ for one
hour. |
3. |
Keep the arc as short as possible. |
