Description and Applications |
HE8018-B2 is a iron powder
low hydrogen type which can increase deposition
rate, X-ray test is good and mechanical
properties is also excellent. The deposited
metal contains 1.2%Cr
- 0.55%Mo
as principal element. It is intended for
welding Cr-Mo alloy steels used at high-pressure
boiler and high temperature (under 550℃). |
|
Guideline in Usage |
1. |
Electrode should be re-dried
at 350
~
400℃ for 60 minutes. |
2. |
The weldment should reheat at 100~150℃
and post heat at 680
~
690℃ for 60 minutes. |
3. |
Keep the arc as short as possible. |
