Description and Applications

Used for welding 0.50% Cr-0.50% Mo or equivalent steels for piping, boilers and heat-exchanger.  Excellent mechanical properties and crack resistance.

 
Guideline in Usage
1.

Electrode should be re-dried at 350 400℃ for 60 minutes.

2. Preheated and interposes temperature should be controlled at 100 ∼ 200℃ during welding.  Stress relieved heat treatment at 605 ~ 635℃ for one hour.
3. Keep the arc as short as possible.
