Description and Applications |
Used for welding 0.50%
Cr-0.50% Mo or equivalent steels for piping,
boilers and heat-exchanger. Excellent
mechanical properties and crack resistance. |
|
Guideline in Usage |
1. |
Electrode should be re-dried
at 350
~
400℃ for 60 minutes. |
2. |
Preheated and interposes temperature should be
controlled at 100 ~ 200℃ during welding. Stress
relieved heat treatment at 605 ~ 635℃ for one
hour. |
3. |
Keep the arc as short as possible. |
