Description and Applications |
HE310 is a lime-Titania
type electrode. Deposited metal contains about 25% Cr
and 20% Ni. Mechanical properties are excellent. It
provides good corrosion resistance and heat resistance
in as-welded condition.
Welding of stainless
steel 310, Cr-Mo steel, 13Cr steel. |

Guideline in Usage
|
1. |
Electrodes should be re-dried at
250
∼
300℃ for one hour before use. |
2. |
Keep arc and
amperage as short and low as possible. Remove
dirt such as oil and dust from the groove. |
3. |
Sufficient crater
treatment is required since deposited metal is a
completely austenitic structure and crack
resistance is slightly low. |
4. |
Keep the
interpass temperature under 150℃. |
