						Description and Applications |

						|

						H12 is a
high oxide type electrode. Slag detachability,
re-striking and bead appearance are good. For the
welding of thin plates and light steel frames. |

						Guideline in Usage |

								|
								1. |

								Electrodes
								should be re-dried at 70 ∼ 100℃ for 30∼60
								minutes before use. Excessive moisture
absorption lowers usability and may result in
								some porosity. |

								|
								2. |

								For
vertical downward welding, keep an angle of
40°∼80° between the base metal and the
								electrode. |

								|
								3. |

								If slag
detachability is not good due to welding base
metals with narrow groove, please use lime
Titania type electrodes, ex. NK 32, G03 instead
								of this electrode. |
